The fearless crew make crossing the perilous waters look so easy.
Paticularly the crew member who achieved those "out of boat experience" pictures on thr Ribble and Douglas rivers. FANTASTIC!!!!!
The mooring spot outside the St.Mary`s boat yard is probably where I shall leave the boat for 6/7 days.

 See you tomorrow.

Well dun chaps, but can't see any signs of the river Aire being in flood!!!. In case you want to know (I'll tell you anyway) the small coal barges replenishing Ferrybridge B are called 'Tom Puddings'. Don't ask me why though.
Watch out for canoeists on your travels cos I have been there before.

Just wanted to say what a great weekend we had catching up with you. Thanks for putting up with us. Let's hope we can make it less than six years next before we meet up again! It was also great to see Julie again, and to meet Nick and the little ones at last.

Well done! glad to see you have successfully navigated the Thames. Pity Gordon Brown wasn't there waving to you. Have to say the photographer has taken some wonderful photos. What a great son!. Enjoy the rest of your holiday and I hope you manage to navigate the slightly less exhilarating canals successfully.
By the way I am fine as you forgot to ask!

Hello!!
Who knew there were so many Denise Everards out there! Or Everards period!
I live in St Johns Newfoundland Canada and would love to hear from other Everards around the globe. We are a pretty small group here, mostly girls born so surname is becoming rarer.
A lot of people don'e even think it's a Newfoundland name, but it goes back at least 6 generations for my family at least.
I am looking forward to hearinf grom other Everards out there. Take care, and Happy New Year.

Hello Everards, I am a decedent of the Everard's. My great grandfather left the family home in Leicester in circa 1870 and settled in South Africa. His children formed the very well known group of women artists called the Everard Group. If you are interested please have a look at the website www.everard-group.com.
